CHANNEL THAT ADRENALINE RUSH INTO ENERGY & POWER
For many of us the first 60 seconds before standing up to speak in public are the most nerve racking.
The mind is screaming “FEAR” and the heart races wildly ahead. The adrenaline is surging and your muscles go weak.
To overcome this try this simple hack the next time you speak.
1. As soon as you feel the adrenaline surging, focus your thoughts on the fears and stress that is kicking in and say:
“Thank you! Thank you! Thank you. I choose to turn this surge of adrenaline and fear into Energy and Power and I choose to speak with Confidence”
2. Take a deep breath in and as you do this absorb / vacuum / suck in all the energy into your breath and as you stand up to speak,
3. Exhale and let that energy flow and you speak with Confidence and Power.
