How is RTT different from counselling or traditional psychotherapy?
During your RTT session your subconscious mind works at a higher state of awareness and is more alert.
In this relaxed and also meditative like state, your subconscious minds is able to remember details (memories) that you would not normally recall in a “logical (conscious)” state of mind.
I (the therapist) act as a guide during the session and assist your in understanding the 'reasons' you do what you do & react the way you react, saving you hours even years in talk therapy, searching for the source or root cause of the issue.
You cannot fix what you don’t understand and RTT works by first understanding how you got your issues and will empower you to release what has been holding you back.
RTT also has healing elements that uses command therapy to activate the body's ability to heal and restore itself to wellness.
Many Doctors that have trained in RTT have commented on the neuroplasticity benefits of RTT in creating new neural pathways in the mind while simultaneously removing of old unhelpful ones.
How many sessions will I need?
Sometimes it can take more than one session per issue but as a rule most issues only take one session. I don't want to waste your time or mine, which is why I treat this way.
I work on one issue at a time and if you wanted to resolve other issues we can meet again to address them.
* Issues related to long-term anxiety and depression can take several sessions, usually 2 to 4.
Can I really get rid of fear and phobias?
Yes. RTT is very effective in removing a very wide range of fears and phobias.
Can I let go of an addiction I have had for many years?
Yes, there is much hope for this situation. Your subconscious mind works on a very powerful level to allow you to move away from this addiction permanently.
Can I find relief for physical problems?
Yes, physical problems are usually symptoms of stress or other causes. In collaboration with your powerful mind I work with you using various processes that enable you to let go of the pain.
What if there is something that I really don’t want to share or tell you about?
That is perfectly fine. Remember, you are in control at all time. If you prefer not to share that is perfectly ok. We will explore the feelings and examine some of the beliefs you made and you don’t have to disclose the full details at all.
